This Refund and Returns Policy explains how Primelane Web Agency handles cancellations, refunds, and service-related disputes. Since we offer digital services and not physical products, this policy applies only to our service agreements.

1. No Returns on Services

Primelane provides website development, SEO, content writing, consultation, and other digital services.
These services cannot be returned once delivered, shared, or initiated.
We do not offer returns or exchanges because no physical products are sold.

2. Advance Payment Policy

An advance payment is required to begin any project.
This advance confirms your booking and allows us to reserve time and resources for your project.

Advance payments are non-refundable under all circumstances.

3. Refund Policy After Work Begins

Refunds are not provided once work has started.
This includes:

  • Planning and strategy work

  • Initial design drafts

  • Content or SEO research

  • Development setup

  • Any time or effort already spent

Since our work is time-based and skill-based, partial or full refunds are not issued after project initiation.

4. When a Refund May Be Considered

A refund may be considered only in very specific cases:

  • Payment was made by mistake

  • A duplicate transaction was processed

  • No work was started, and no resources were allocated

Any approved refund will be processed through the original payment method.

5. Project Cancellation by Client

If a client decides to cancel the project midway:

  • Completed work will still be billed

  • Advance payment will not be refunded

  • Any remaining unpaid amount for completed work must be cleared

Cancellation does not remove the client’s responsibility for dues related to work already completed.

6. Project Cancellation by Primelane

Primelane may cancel a project if:

  • The client is unresponsive for 30 days

  • Payments are overdue

  • The client violates the agreement

In such cases, no refund will be provided for the advance payment or completed work.

7. Disputes and Clarification

If you feel there is an issue in service or delivery, please contact us directly.
We aim to resolve concerns through clear communication rather than refunds.
