  • Informing clients regarding any delays or required inputs

4. Payments and Billing

4.1 Payment Terms

  • A project starts only after advance payment

  • The remaining payment is due before final delivery or website launch

4.2 Refund Policy

Refunds are not offered once work has started.
A refund may be considered only if no work has been initiated or if a technical payment error occurs.

4.3 Late Payments

Delayed payments may result in paused work until dues are cleared.

5. Revisions and Modifications

Additional changes or new requests outside the agreed scope may require extra charges.

6. Website Launch and Ownership

6.1 Ownership After Full Payment

After full payment:

  • Website design and development files are transferred to the client

6.2 Before Final Payment

All drafts, designs, code, or project materials remain the property of Primelane until the full payment is completed.

7. Content and Copyright

7.1 Client Content

Clients are responsible for:

  • Ensuring their images, text, and assets do not violate copyright laws

  • Verifying the accuracy of business information used on the website

7.2 Primelane Content

All designs, layouts, templates, and content created by Primelane are protected by copyright.
They must not be copied, reused, or resold without written permission.

8. Confidentiality

All client information, documents, and project details are kept confidential.
We do not share or sell information to third parties except when required for essential project work.

9. Third Party Tools and Integrations

Websites may use third-party tools such as plugins, APIs, hosting, analytics services, or fonts.
Primelane is not responsible for changes made by third-party providers, expired licenses, downtimes, or performance issues related to external tools.

10. Website Maintenance and Security

  • Websites require ongoing updates for security and performance

  • If maintenance is not included in the project plan, future updates or fixes may be billed separately

  • Primelane is not responsible for website issues caused by outdated plugins or hosting-related problems

11. SEO Disclaimer

SEO results depend on market competition and search engine algorithms.
Primelane does not guarantee number one rankings or results within a fixed timeline.

12. Termination of Service

A project or service may be stopped if:

  • The client does not follow the agreement

  • The client is inactive or unresponsive for more than 30 days

  • Payments are not made according to the agreed schedule

Any completed work will be billed up to the date of termination.

13. Limitation of Liability

Primelane is not responsible for:

  • Loss of profits

  • Hosting or server issues

  • Third-party software failures

  • Problems caused by outdated maintenance

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

14. Changes to Terms
